We provide assistance for residents to present their project in academic venues. We also work with residents and the academic and healthcare community to find dissemination opportunities at the regional and national level. Residents can develop their own research project utilizing data from their clinical site, or they work with a principal investigator at UCM conducting research in their area of interest. UCM has a strong academic infrastructure to provide residents with the information and tools necessary to engage in scholarly and quality improvement projects in the SJV.
